Our Story
Low Burnout Cultures was founded on years of both observing and experiencing burnout in public schools. In this environment, the impact on student learning outcomes is dire; in addition to the high-turnover, burnout decreases a school staff's ability to support students emotionally. Witnessing the impact on students, the founder, Dr. Corinne Calabretta-Crandell, enrolled in a doctoral program to explore what could be done.
Through her action-research, Dr. Calabretta-Crandell generated a framework for decreasing burnout across organizational cultures. This framework is the foundation upon which this company was built.
Low-Burnout Cultures LLC's mission is to make every workplace one in which employees can thrive. Our vision is a world in which all humans are working in environments that foster fulfillment and joy. We seek to achieve this goal through leadership consulting and organizational training sessions to foster a deep understanding of the research around thriving cultures to create and sustain organizations with low-burnout.
